LIVE COMPETITIONS

1. Gage Mix Radio presenters are forbidden to enter any live competition offered to the listeners.

2. Gage Mix Radio family members may enter a competition, however this is restricted and regulated to one per month. Any abuse of these regulations will be dealt with severly and may lead to staff being reprimanded.

3. All competitions unless otherwis stated will be drawn via a random number wheel generator.

4. No favourtism or preference will be given anyone. Each competiton shall be run with fairness and equality.

5. Unless otherwise stated competition winners are responsible for picking up there prize. We refuse the right to cover delivery or any other associated cost's including and not restricted to insurance, loss and damage​.

6. We ensure that the description and image of a prize is correct at the start and end date of each competition. No prize will be different than the one stated either on air or via the website.

7. Unless otherwise stated a cash alternative is not available in the event that the prize winner has no use nor need for the prize.

8. All winners must arrange pick up their prize and pick up within 30 days. If the prize is not taken by the winner we reserve the right to keep the prize and reuse it for another competition.

Special Offer Terms and Conditions

 

Offer Validity:

9.Any  offer is available to new and existing sponsors who sign up for a minimum 3-month sponsorship package.
Payment Terms:

10.Full payment for the 3-month period must be made upfront to qualify for the 10% discount.
11.Payment must be received within 7 days of agreeing to the sponsorship package to secure the discount.
Eligible Packages:

12. Any special offer only applies to all listed sponsorship packages, excluding one-off services such as ad creation, event sponsorships, or individual feature purchases.
Non-Refundable:

13.Payments made under any offer are non-refundable. In the event of sponsorship cancellation, no partial refunds will be issued.
Renewal Terms:

14.After the initial 3-month period, standard pricing will apply unless another promotion is in effect.
Modifications:

15.Gage Mix Radio reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

ADVERT RIGHTS

16. At Gagemix radio we have family values and as a business endevour to trade in such a manner.

17. Ulike other other radio stations we do not lease an advert back to the client.

Once the client has paid for their advert creation, the advert belongs to the client.

18. This does not mean the client has the right to use the advert on any other radio station, The advert will remain for the sole purpose of use on Gagemix Radio only.

19. In the event where a client returns then they do not pay a leasing fee to use the advert, it will be played by the terms of the advertising package.

This is an average save of £1500.00 per quarter. Although we lose that revenue it is unethical for us to charge a client more than once for a product they have bought.

20. Please note that if a client is to request there advert to be used by another radio station and no longer played on Gagemix Radio then we will incur a sale charge of 4 times the amount of the original advert creation. The sale amount is £480.00

21. IMPORTANT NOTICE. All advertisers must either pay the full amount up front or set up a direct debit to pay monthly.

22. The first month must be paid in advance. Adverts will not be aired until payment is made regadless of the agreed date to go live.

23. It is the sole reponsibility of the client to cancel the direct debit at the agreed end date of the advertising term. Any over payments are none refundable.
